Who is AR Jewellery?

We are 100% Australian Owned and operated business, who sell (but are not limited to) jewellery and accessories from Imported Various Suppliers.

Can I order more then one item and still pay one shipping cost?

Yes you may, up to 5 items per invoice can be shipped at the one cost (Cost will depend on Weight of items)
Except Exclusive Range, only 1 item can be posted at any one time

I am missing or have not received my order what do I do?

Please contact us via email: arjewellery@gmail.com and we will look into this for you.

How long do I have to wait to receive my packages?

You should receive all items of purchase within 21 Business working days, (this depends on shipping via our warehouse)
(this would depend on when payments have been processed & cleared)

My item(s) are not as described on items page, do I get a refund?

We at AR Jewellery ensure that all items are as what they are descibed, however if the item(s) is not as described, please return it within 14 working days for a store credit only as we do not issue refunds. (Excluding postage and handling)

(Must be in original condition and un damaged)

Items can also be verified by going to a local jeweller.

What if my item arrives Damaged?

We recommend when posting products purchase insurance for item (s) over $100 incase of damage during posting, therefore this ensures you are covered for damaged products, where a Store Credit will be issued to patrons/clients. We do not offer insurance for anything under $100.
