AR Jewellery is fully dedicated to protecting your right to privacy within our on-line website community. Tranquility Treasure anticipates all Clients to respect and protect other's privacy. The release of any Clients personal data for reasons other than those specifically connected with AR Jewellery is forbidden. AR Jewellery, however, cannot ensure that it will not discover improper use of this information.

All other trademarks appearing on AR Jewellery are the property of their respective owners and are not be used unless otherwise stipulated by AR Jewellery, or third parties.

Payment Information

In this section you will find general information about payment methods and policies, as well as guidelines and restrictions on usage and ordering.

For payment and postage information on item(s)/product(s) please refer to the item descriptions and codes.

AR Jewellery will accept payments via their secured network, you can however pay via money order which is to be made out to AR Jewellery only.
No cash is to be posted due to security reasons.

Please allow up to 21 working days from the date payment has been received and cleared for your item to be processed and posted, as some of the stock has to be shipped via the warehouse.

Items can be paid by Credit card or money order (unless via party plans, which then can be paid by cash)

Payment policies

Your payments must be received within 10 DAYS from the time of order
 
All payments made maybe subject to a 1.4% transaction fee, or a minimum transaction fee of 50˘. This transaction fee covers processing costs associated with financial institutions.
GST is not included in prices.

Credit Card Via Internet
The easiest and most convenient form of payment is to use your credit card via internet. We accept most credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Expres.  We have a safe shopping guarantee to try ensure that all of your internet transactions are 100% secure. Items will be posted when credit card has been verified and cleared.

Money Order
 We accept Australian money orders. Money orders must be cleared before we can post your order.

Postage & Handling
 Postage will go off weight of items and area of Australia the package it is being sent too
(higher rate occurs if express postage is required)
 
Registered Mail
We recommend that all items are sent via registered mail. AR Jewellery will not accept responsibility for items that were not signed for upon receipt at our Office.

Returns Policy

Refunds and Returns
We give the customer the opportunity to cancel their order, if the product (s) are fautly or not as described on the items page
The customer has 7 days only to return the product.
AR Jewellery does not provide refunds (except on faulty items), however we do issue store credits instead.

Items Returned Within 7 Days

If your product (s) are returned to us within 7 days of purchase, due to faulty manufacturing or not as described on items page, we will give you a full refund or a store credit which entitles you to another product of the same price or less (excluding postage and handling).

A refund will only be given on faulty goods that have been returned in their original packaging and are in the original condition that they were sent out in; not worn, used, altered or damaged (unless faulty) in any way. Included with the jewellery must be the packaging, or box that the jewellery came with as well as proof of purchase and any certificates. No exceptions. The jewellery being returned will be assessed by management & Directors.

Note: Management/Directors reserve the right to refuse a refund under some circumstances or if the return is deemed fraudulent, or any of the above has occurred.

Items Returned After 7 Days

We do not give store credit on any item if it is returned to us after 7 days.

Under what circumstances can I get a Store Credit without the items being faulty?

We at AR Jewellery ensure that all items are what they are descibed, however if the item(s) is not as described, please return it within 7 working days of recieving items for a Store credit equaling the same amount. (excluding postage and handling) 
 
Items can also be verified by going to a local jeweller unless certificate is purchased on behalf of AR Jewellery
 
Faulty Items

If you believe your product is faulty, you need to send proof of purchase as well as the item to our office and we will assess the items. We can tell immediately whether the item has been damaged or if there is a manufacturer’s fault. 

AR Jewellery will contact you via email on the safe return of your products to our office. If the faulty product being returned is discontinued, or unavailable, and you wish to exchange it instead of store credit, we will contact you to arrange replacement with another item of similar design or equal value.

Please Note:

All orders will be held for a period of 10 working days only. If no contact has been made by the customer to AR Jewellery within this time frame, and no payment has been received, the order will be cancelled and  re-listed so item(s) can be sold.

What are the Business working days?

Business Working days are From Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm) excluding Queensland Public holidays.

What do I do if my package doesn't arrive?

If your package hasn't arrived in the expected time frame (21 days for some items)  please contact your local Post Office or Mail Centre to see if they are holding it for you. If they don't have it, please contact us with your order number and we will look into it for you.
